Message from the Executive Team

Dear partners and colleagues,

The year 2016 marked Dubai Healthcare City’s 14th anniversary. We have come a long way in leaps and bounds, and there is much success to be proud of.

Our healthcare accomplishments, advancements in medical education and research, as well as ongoing expansion plans and development tell the story of our success, and we remain dedicated to elevating quality standards within this thriving health and wellness destination. It is a shared commitment for us, the Dubai Healthcare City free zone and you, our partners, to realize the Dubai Plan 2021 that envisions a city of happy, healthy, creative and empowered people.

In line with our efforts to deliver exceptional customer experience and strengthen our relationship with our partners, and the wider community, Dubai Healthcare City recently held a town hall meeting to open dialogue and engage business partners on a platform where feedback is delivered directly to the free zone’s senior management.

We are continuously working to enhance our city’s ecosystem, in which a clinical and non-clinical community exists alongside medical education and research entities, and we can be confident in the fact that we are on the path set in line with our founding vision to become an internationally recognized location of choice for quality healthcare, and an integrated center of excellence for clinical and wellness services, medical education and research.

Our mission is defined; our objectives are aligned; with 2016 coming to a close and 2017 upon us, let us strengthen our collaboration as a community to continue to benefit patients and the health of the UAE society and its visitors. The year ahead will bring opportunities and we are positive that by working as a united force and staying focused on our priorities, we will realize our ambitions.

We value your trust and patronage, and we look forward to continuing to meet your needs in the future.

Extending our best wishes to you for the New Year.
