Prospective partners/investors who wish to set up a business in the DHCC free zone can contact our Sales Team on +971 4 383 8300 (when calling from overseas) or TOLL FREE number 800-HEALTH/800-432584 (when calling locally). A sales representative will then be assigned to communicate the business set up process and will act as a primary point of contact for support.

Dubai Healthcare City Authority – Regulatory (DHCR), the regulatory body of the free zone is responsible for the establishment and registration of companies in DHCC.

No, manufacturing is not a permitted activity in DHCC.

Please find the classification for minimum paid-up capital below: 

  • Non-clinical facilities/companies are required to have minimum paid-up capital of AED 50,000
  • Clinical facilities are required to have minimum paid-up capital of AED 100,000
  • Hospitals are required to have minimum paid-up capital of AED 300,000
  • For hotels, please refer to the below:
    • 3-star hotels are required to have minimum paid-up capital of AED 1 Million
    • 4-star hotels are required to have minimum paid-up capital of AED 2 Million
    • 5-star hotels are required to have minimum paid-up capital of AED 3 Million
