This quarter marks another significant milestone in our growth as we unveil the AED 1.3 billion Phase development plan – an investment that reflects our shared vision to advance Dubai Healthcare City as a global destination for healthcare and wellness.
The first phase will introduce a LEED platinum-certified office building, a purpose-built medical complex, and supporting infrastructure facilities, representing more than physical growth. They symbolise our commitment to creating a sustainable, innovation-driven ecosystem that inspires confidence and attracts investment.
Aligned with the Dubai Economic Agenda, D33, and the UAE Net Zero Strategy 2050, these developments set new benchmarks in sustainability, efficiency, and design, while reinforcing our role as a catalyst for excellence in healthcare delivery.
Equally, we remain focused on nurturing the people and expertise that drive our sector forward. Through initiatives such as our participation in Ru’ya Careers UAE and the Masari Training Programme, we continue to empower Emirati talent and build a future-ready workforce. Complementing these efforts, the new DHCC Community Talks Programme extends our mission to foster knowledge exchange, professional growth, and public engagement, creating a dynamic platform that connects investors, professionals, and the wider community under our shared vision of advancing health and wellness.
As we continue to grow, our priority remains on cultivating an environment that empowers our business partners, strengthens collaboration, and ensures communities across the UAE have access to world-class healthcare and wellness services.

Dubai Healthcare City Authority has announced another significant milestone with an AED 1.3 billion development plan for Phase 1, reinforcing its position as an attractive destination for global healthcare investment. The LEED platinum-certified office building, the first of its kind in Dubai Healthcare City, will span 13,000 sqm across nine floors, offering flexible office spaces and ground-floor retail. The new purpose-built medical complex, covering 5,800 sqm over five floors, will include advanced surgical, diagnostic, and outpatient facilities, complemented by smart parking and efficient, adaptable layouts designed for future growth.
