For fresh Emirati graduates, DHCA has a dedicated programme called 'Masari'. The programme offers a six-month paid placements across core DHCA business functions, providing fresh graduates with hands-on work experience that is complimented by a technical training pillar to empower them at the start of their career setting a strong foundation for their future success.
