• Description

  This service enables the operators to apply for DHCA - Regulations review and approval of

  • a new advertisement
  • renewal of previously approved advertisement without changes.
• Prerequisites
  • Valid Commercial License
  • Valid Clinical Operation Permit
  • Valid professional licenses for all professionals working with the operator
• Required Documents
  • Clear copy of the advertisement
  • Website content to be submitted in pdf format only.
  • Script for audio advertisement should be submitted*
  • Story board for video advertisement should be submitted*.
  • Evidence of any accreditation or data claimed in the advertisement
  • NOC from facilities mentioned in the advertisement
  • Copy of previous approvals from DHCA - Regulations and MOHAP if submission is for ad renewal.
  • For advertisement in languages other than Arabic and English, legal translation in Arabic/English to be provided.

• Time Frame

  It takes up to 10 working days to provide initial feedback. Kindly submit the advertisement at least 15 days prior to the intended advertisement release date.
