Change Of Company Director(S)

• Description

  Any FZ-LLC (Free Zone Limited Liability Company) has valid commercial license may need to change its directors according to company structure change. The applicant – who is a logged in user of type "Investor" – will use the “Change Of Company Directors” service to add or remove company directors or choose existing company management member to be acting as director. After reviewing the request by DHCA team, specific issued legal documents will need notarization and signature. Amended company registry will be updated in facility profile.
