Locations Upsizing

• Description

  This service is used in case a facility wishes to add/expand the location of its operation. Whilst upsizing a location, the applicant must specify the cluster, segment, activity (and specialties). Therefore, the request is a combination of the upsizing of a location plus the amendment of segment, activity and specialty. Hence, the process starts with an applicant selecting the OP that have locations to be upsized.

  1. Valid Commercial License

  2. Valid Operating Permit

• Required Documents
  • Board resolution (if applicable)
  • Lease reservation / lease agreement / EJARI
  • Business plan (if applicable)
• Fees (AED)

  Modification fee : AED 2,500 (For Clinical)

  Amendment fee : Depends on added activities

  Initial Approval: 5-10 Working Days Note: Issuance of Initial Approval will depend on the list of activities and fulfilling the requirements of DHCA and this can be subject to change.
