Voluntary Suspension

• Description
  • Voluntary suspension is a service requested by the facility for temporary closure of the operations for reasons accepted by DHCA - Regulations. A facility can apply for voluntary suspension for a maximum period of 6 months. All licenses including professional licenses should be kept valid at all times.
• Prerequisites
  • The Commercial License must be valid.
  • The Clinical Operating Permit must be valid.
