The role holder is responsible for working with the Specialist – Health and Safety in implementing the plans and programs related to Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) for the developed assets and infrastructure of Dubai Healthcare City, with the aim of maximizing the operational safety of these assets to support the organization’s vision in becoming a global healthcare destination.
The role holder is responsible for completing routine operational requirements related to the leasing of the developed assets of Dubai Healthcare City Authority (DHCA) with the aim of providing a smooth customer experience to all its tenants to support the organization’s vision in becoming a global healthcare destination.
This three-month, paid training initiative provides participants with valuable hands-on experience and meaningful exposure to the diverse functions and operations of DHCA. Through a structured and immersive learning experience, trainees will develop practical skills, broaden their professional knowledge, and gain valuable insights into the workplace, preparing them for successful careers across both the public and private sectors.
The role holder is responsible for leading the end-to-end planning and delivery of DHCC developments, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, budgets, timelines, and quality standards. Manage stakeholders, governance, commercial matters, and project controls throughout the development lifecycle. Drive effective risk management, compliance, and coordination to ensure successful project delivery.
