The Customer Service Executive will provide a one-stop-shop service and offer it to all customers of Dubai Healthcare City Authority. In particular, the scope of service would be and not limited to registration and licensing offerings. In addition, to act as a primary focal point of all DHCC new and existing investors for the registration of companies. This role makes an important contribution to DHCC’s overall customer relationship management by enhancing customer loyalty and high level of satisfaction in line with the organization’s vision of becoming a global healthcare destination.
The role holder is responsible for championing the development and implementation of the Information Technology (IT) strategy, policies, and initiatives for Dubai Healthcare City Authority (DHCA) and its entities while ensuring alignment with the overall strategy. Also, the role acts as the principal advisor in all areas of IT by providing expert technical guidance for better productivity and cost effectiveness, which includes enhancing the productivity/efficiency through technology, guiding systems development, overseeing application maintenance and security, and providing requisite guidance to the IT infrastructure team of the organization to ensure smooth operations delivery.
The role holder is involved in providing financial and administrative support to the Dubai Healthcare City Authority (DHCA). The role is also responsible for the timely and accurate generation of financial information both for management and external stakeholders to ensure DHCA delivers bottom line performance and enhanced shareholder value.
The role holder is responsible for directing the project management functions within DHCA, which encompasses: Leading the project management team to provide support in the development of Dubai Healthcare City Strategic Plan and in delivering the Dubai Healthcare City Authority (DHCA) Vision. Developing the Dubai Healthcare City (DHCC) master plan with the aim of maximizing the value and operational excellence in order to ensure that DHCA achieves its short, medium and long-term business plans. Directing, planning and monitoring all activities of all related parties associated with project delivery to ensure successful completion within defined measures whilst ensuring compliance with all applicable statutory and quality standards. Effectively building and maintaining strong partnerships with DHCA divisions, Local Authorities, Developers, Business Partners, Consultants, Contractors and other third parties to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
