Dubai Corporation for Ambulance Services collaborate with DHCC to improve Dubai’s ambulance services

A delegation from Dubai Corporation for Ambulance Services (DCAS) last week visited Dubai Healthcare City (DHCC) to discuss a cooperation between the two organisations which will improve the ambulance service within Dubai. HE Khalifa Hassan Al Darai, Executive Director of DCAS, lead the delegation as they met with Marwan Abedin, DHCC CEO to outline plans to improve services, focusing on providing education and specialist training for ambulance staff at Dubai Healthcare City’s education division, Mohammed Bin Rashid Academic Medical Centre.

HE Khalifa Hassan Al Darai said “this successful meeting has identified the integral work both our organisations are doing for the delivery of excellent ambulance services within Dubai. Through our ongoing partnership and communication, we can identify and provide relevant and necessary educational courses, specialist training and awareness in the field of first aid and emergency services.”

Marwan Abedin, DHCC CEO said “By providing our ambulance staff with specialist training we can ensure our people have access to the best emergency care. DHCC is committed to providing medical education of the highest standard to improve the quality and expertise of our local specialists, and ultimately improve the quality of life for the Nation.”
