Dubai Healthcare City (DHCC) ran its Cancer Awareness Season throughout October and November 2023, focusing on Breast Cancer awareness in October. The month kicked off with a dynamic social media campaign aimed at providing valuable information, featuring exclusive content and sharing insightful discussions on breast cancer.

In collaboration with Dr. Mariam Awatai, Founder and Medical Director of Dr. Mariam Awatai Clinic, a breast cancer awareness event was held at Society to shed light on prevention strategies, emphasising the importance of regular screenings and early detection, in addition to the psychological impact of breast cancer on individuals. The event also included a rejuvenating breathing exercise session to further highlight the importance of mental wellbeing on the overall health.
